Ministry to the Sick & the Homebound

The purpose of the Ministry to the Sick and Homebound is to ensure that Catholics who are unable to attend Mass due to illness, hospitalization, or age, are able to receive communion on a weekly basis. We visit parishioners at home, in the hospital, or a nursing facility and conduct a simple Rite of the Eucharist. We have both men and women volunteers. We meet informally every Wednesday after Mass and formally, as needed in periodically scheduled meetings.
